Investigator Unearths the Identity of the Baby who was Brutally Tortured by the Maid as Family Insists their Toddler is Alive and Wel

Following reports that the two-year old baby seen in a video being tortured by a maid has passed on, we went down to work. And our investigations led us to the identity of the maid, her victim and her master. Read on.
The two year-old is seen terribly tortured by a maid we have ably identified as Jolly Tumuhiirwe, 22, a born of Rukungiri District. We have also identified the toddler’s father as Erick Kamanzi, a loaded staff at a reputable NGO in Kampala who released the video yesterday mid-morning.
The video captured by interior security cameras early last week at Kamanzi’s home of Naalya, reveals a breath-taking story where Tumuhiirwe is trying to feed the baby. The baby, whom we have established was sick at the time, exhibits difficulty in coping with the rough and speedy rate at which Tumuhiirwe fed her.
Tumuhiirwe then turns to the porridge and started eating it. But the tot could not contain the stuffed food down her throat. She threw up dreadfully. This invited Tumuhiirwe’s wrath. She landed a hot slap on the kid before throwing her off the sofa, her face kissing the floor. She remained there for a few seconds before Tumuhiirwe followed.
Using a rechargeable torch, she clobbered her severely. Not done, she started kicking her and stepping on her back in turns. She finally gave her the last kick which sent her silent and unable to move. Tumuhiirwe then picked the baby like by one hand and vanished in the next room.
Father Arrested
According to family sources, Kamanzi last week came home and found some bruises on the baby’s hind. He did not ask what happened but he hastily went to review the cameras which, he had taken long to monitor. This was last Saturday November 15th 2014.
The Video
What he saw is what we have relayed above and uploaded on the video herein. Raged to the marrow, Kamanzi bounced on Tumuhiirwe and clobbered her to pulp. Done with it, he turned to tend to the baby as Tumuhiirwe ran to police where, she reported an assault case against her Master Kamanzi.
The Kiwatule police swung into action, raided Kamanzi’s home and arrested him. He promptly confessed to the charge before he was dragged to cells. After cooling down, Kamanzi asked the Cops to look at what made him clobber the maid. A mere look at the video changed the cops’ stance and released Kamanzi. Â
Speaking to the investigator today, police chief spokesman CP Fred Enanga confirmed that Tumuhiirwe’s case had been taken over by the events. Reading the file number as CRB 1346/14 of Kiira Road, Enanga said Tumuhiirwe was yesterday charged under Anti-torture Act at Nakawa Court.
But Enanga hastily adds that police are contemplating on revising the charge and upgrade it to attempted murder. He said the Tumuhiirwe will re-appear in Court on December 8th 2014. Efforts to get hints on the baby’s mother were futile as family sources maintained silence on the question.
We have however established that Kamanzi is married to a beautiful Rwandese babe Angella whose reasons to stay away from her baby yet she doesn’t work, remains suspect. But this is another story for another day. It is said Tumuhiirwe was at the home for only three months. Watch this space…
Two robbery suspects, still cooling off at the detention centre of the Department of State Security, Bayelsa State Command, have confessed to the killing of the Administrative Secretary of Bayelsa State Independent Electoral Commission, Chief Simeon Akpane. The suspects, Freedom Allen, 26; Clarkson Okilo, 27, popularly known as Oyoyo, said they killed the BYSIEC ranking official because they were broke and had no jobs. In their revelation, they said they had set out to rob on the fateful day, October 10, 2014, with nobody in mind, however, Akpane’s flashy Sport Utility Vehicle seemed to have given him away as a rich man. Allen, who did not betray any emotion as he gave a chilling account of the dastardly act, confessed he was the one that killed Akpane.He said he did so because he was afraid that Akpane, who was shouting and resisting them during the operation, could expose them to danger.He told Punch “On the fateful day, my friend, Oyoyo, said we should go for an operation. He said he knew somebody who had about N1.5m that we should go and rob. That man was Chief Akpane. So, we both went out together. “We (Oyoyo, Ebi and I) went to the place and saw him and on getting close to him, Oyoyo and Ebi accosted him, seized him and collected his mobile handset. The next thing we saw was that he started shouting while he held Ebi who was with the gun. “Our thought was that since Ebi was with the gun and the man had held him, he might shoot any of us. So, I quickly collected the gun from Ebi. I did not know that Ebi had already corked the gun and in the process of collecting it, I mistakenly touched the trigger and the gun fired and hit the man. “He fell down and we had to run away as fear gripped us. Therefore, we could not accomplish our mission of robbing him. We went in separate directions.” Narrating the role he played, Oyoyo, who showed great confidence as he made his confession, said he was very broke and he seriously needed money.The suspect, who claimed to be a professional driver, said, “On the fateful day, I didn’t have money, so I went to a place in Biogbolo area to smoke and take some alcohol. After that, I went to Yenezue-gene. As I was walking, I heard a voice calling me by the corner. When I turned back, I saw Allen and Ebi. Allen said they were just standing there, looking for how to get money. “For me, that was the kind of story I wanted to hear then because I had been financially messed around all the while. There was no work. I am a driver but had no job. Allen told me he had a local pistol and to prove it, he showed me the pistol. “Allen said we should use the gun to go and fetch some money. We all agreed to go, honestly. We boarded a tricycle (Keke) to Biogbolo. On getting there, we saw a man coming in his flashy Jeep. We believed he should have money. Honestly, I must confess that before we set out for the operation, we did not have any place in mind. We were just roving about. Our intention was to look for people with fine cars to rob and get money, irrespective of who the person was.” Oyoyo explained that as they were moving about, they saw the BYSIEC official even though he claimed they did not know who he was then.He said , “The now deceased BYSIEC official parked his car and came out. He was about to enter his house when we accosted him. We pointed the gun at him. He was holding his mobile phone, which I collected from him. “To my surprise, he was not willing to obey us and we were still prevailing on him to cooperate. Before we knew it, Allen came from the back and dragged the gun from Ebi’s hand and without wasting time, he pulled the trigger and shot the man. I was outraged and I asked him why he shot the man. I guess Allen didn’t know what he did because he had been smoking and had stuffed his brain with too much alcohol. At that point, fear consumed us and we took to our heels. Thereafter, we boarded a tricycle and alighted at PDP Junction.” Oyoyo, who said he had the man’s telephone with him, said he had to sell it to get some money. He claimed to have sold the expensive telephone for N5,000 to one Ibrahim at Yenezue-gene, who in turn sold it for N6,000 to one Halladu.
The Real Housewives of Atlanta‘s Apollo Nida gave his first interview since entering prison to InTouch Weekly.
He tells the magazine that despite having some major problems, he and Phaedra might be on track to working things out.
“Yes, we’ve had problems — especially over the last year — but we’ve gotten on terms now where I can call her and it’s cordial,” Apollo exclusively tells ‘In Touch,’ sharing that they speak frequently over the phone. “I’m hopeful that we can stick things out.”
Does he know that Phaedra’s telling everyone on national television that they’re getting a divorce? Still, Apollo says that they’re on terms now to where Phaedra’s considering bringing their two kids up for a visit.
Phaedra’s rep says:
“The divorce is proceeding as planned. While Phaedra and the boys [Ayden, 4, and Dylan, 18 months] do speak with Apollo regularly, there have been absolutely no discussions about reconciling.”

Sunday night’s episode of Bravo’sReal Housewives of Atlanta turned into a mini history lesson as it was revealed that cast member Porsha Williams didn’t quite understand the concept of the Underground Railroad. She thought it was a real physical train.
Kenya Moore took to her blog and blasted Porsha for her lack of black history knowledge.
“When Porsha was perplexed at how the train operated or ‘who went down there first to make room because they didn’t have electric trains like we do now,’ I became incensed… It was crystal clear that Porsha did not know that the Underground Railroad was not a literal train!”
During the episode, Porsha was puzzled when a tour guide on a Freedom Trail tour in Savannah showed the group ventilation holes on a church floor, explaining where “people crawled under to escape slavery.”
She didn’t quite grasp the concept….
“There has to be an opening for the railroad at some point,” she said. “Somebody is driving the train. It’s not electric like what we have now.”
Because Stewart’s late grandfather, Hosea Williams, was a prominent civil rights activist in Atlanta, Porsha’s naivety deeply offended Moore.
“Porsha is an embarrassment to her grandfather, his legacy, her family, and most importantly, herself.
“It’s easy to laugh and call her dumb, but the reality is even more painful – WE have failed her. Our educational system has failed her, anyone who coddled her or encouraged her to focus on her makeup, weave, and shoes to find a man to take care of her rather than her education has failed her. Anyone laughing at this gross ignorance has failed her,” Moore concluded.
Porsha Williams may have lost her peach this season on The Real Housewives of Atlanta, but that isn’t keeping Miss Porsha from throwing shade with the best of ‘em.
In a Q&A with OK! Magazine, Porsha threw darts at cast member Cynthia Bailey. However, before digging into Cyntha Porsha had a lot to say about sworn enemy Kenya Moore.

Did you initially believe Kenya Moore when she first denied Apollo’s allegations during season 5?
Porsha Williams: No, when this whole affair took place two years ago, even though I wasn’t that close to Phaedra at the time, I felt her pain. I know what it is like to be with someone who isn’t faithful. I can’t imagine how it must have felt to think your husband is possibly sleeping with a co-worker or being inappropriate. I remember Kenya admitting toKandi that she did see Apollo in LA last season. That’s why I don’t understand why she’s now forcing Apollo to back track and clear something she admitted in private with Kandi. But hey, that’s none of my business.
If Kenya apologized, do you think you two could be friends in the future?
PW: Unfortunately, I’m exhausted from going around in circles with a person who doesn’t mean well. Last week as I watched the show, I was in complete shock to see this woman play “The Victim” after she blatantly used props, pointing them in my face and shouting obscenities through a bullhorn in my ears. This weekend when I saw her make fun of how she violated my personal space, it made me sorry for a woman of her age with such behavior! She needs help in a real way. I find it pathetic that she would try to toy with the hearts of our fans and cry wolf by making claims of being attacked, then in a blink of an eye sing a song about dragging me by my hair. She can never give a sincere apology because those come from the heart. At this point, I’m not sure she has one or a conscience. She represents a woman who is lost in “Fake Reality” and will most likely realize it isn’t real and have nothing because instead of using her gifts and being a blessing, she will have spent her life being envious and tearing down others who are actually living in the real world. However, if Kenya takes responsibility for the use of props at the reunion, yes, there might be a chance for a new start between the two of us.
What do you think of Cynthia from the first and second episode?
PW: Flip-flopper and mean girl! The reason I chose those words to describe her character will become clear as you watch season 7. You will see for yourself the new and unimproved Cynthia.
She’s still cool at times and I still care for her, but mainly from afar! I feel like this season she has decided to “do whatever it takes” for her to make it. It’s sad that you don’t see the true person or see who is real around you until money is involved. I believe that because of her financial misfortune she has chosen to act like Kenya, doing anything for a check. At the end of the day, we are only left with our self-worth & integrity. Instead, she has sold both to have a storyline and check. I pray that she realizes that even though she didn’t have a voice before, mimicking evil around you & being mean spirited is not being strong at all. Instead, one would think she’d been setting a positive example as a role model for women of all ages, verses displaying negative behavior.
Ouch. We love Porsha — but ain’t nothin’ wrong with having a storyline and a check!
Two children, aged four and two, lost their lives in a fire that gutted their apartment at Kabong area of Jos North Local Government Area of Plateau State. The kids were said to have been locked in a room by their mother, Talatu, a local beer seller in the area, who allegedly left them for an unknown destination till 2a.m. on Monday, when she returned to find her apartment burnt. The mother of the deceased children could not be reached at press time, but a neighbour who did not want to be named, described the incident as sad. The neighbour said: “Talatu abandoned the children in her room and went to confront her fiance, who had suddenly picked another lady to marry. “She lit a candle before leaving. But before she returned, the candle had burnt low and lit the mattress. The children got burnt without anyone knowing.” One of the children died in the inferno, while the other who was rushed to the hospital also gave up the ghost.
And you can bet she is getting shredded for doing that right now on social media. lol. The Knowles had broken the internet last weekend after Solange's wedding photos were released. It included this stunning photo of Solange posed front row center in her gorgeous wedding gown with her sister Beyoncé on one side and Mama Tina Knowles on the other, surrounded by eight of her girlfriends. For some unknown reason, Kim and her crew re-enacted the photo with some mannequins and Kim’s makeup artist Joyce Bonelli posted it on her IG page. Like, what was she thinking? The self proclaimed girlfriend of Micheal Phelps, the most decorated Olympian of all time has revealed she was actually born a man.The 41 year old Taylor Lianne Chandler made the shocking admission in a post on her Facebook.
She says she never told the 29 year old or men she previously dated because, the subject never came up . Her post below
The truth is I have been living with secrets my whole life.I was born intersex and named David Roy Fitch at birth. By the time I could walk and talk I made it clear I was a girl and dressed as one. In my early teens I was medically diagnosed and went on testosterone blockers, at 15 estrogen enhancers. My birth certificate was modified along with my name while I was a teenager, prior to any corrective surgery. I originally changed my name to Paige Victoria Whitney. At 16 I legally emancipated from my family. I had already left home at 15. At 18 I got in trouble twice, once for a bad check and then a DUI. At 19 I thought it would be smart to blackmail someone into giving me the money for my surgery.
As soon as I received the money I was arrested and charged with extortion. I spent 30 days in jail because I was too ashamed to tell my family what happened thinking no one knew. Even though my birth certificate and drivers license said female they put me in a cell with 3 men and I was raped. I sued the state of Maine and got them to provide training for staff to deal with people on different spectrums of gender.
They even created new facilities for housing someone with special needs. I plead and got probation for two years. I went on the talk show and tabloid TV circuit pleading my case for gender rights. After a brutal rape and a horrible trial in 1993 I went away to get my surgery and changed my name to Taylor Lianne Whitney to escape back into anonymity and have a normal life. For the last 20 pl
us years that is exactly what I have done.
The problem is I have made friends that I never told and dated and married people that knew nothing of my past. If you don’t understand what intersex is, Google it. I was never a man, never lived as a man. No one can say they knew me as a man or produce a photo of me as a man.
There are people that remember me as an androgynous child at times because of what was forced upon me. I have dated many celebrities before, none of which knew my past. Michael Phelps and I met on Tinder and clicked. Spending time with him was like a teenage love affair. I have never felt so comfortable and accepted in every way as I did with him.
I didn’t tell him about my past until threat of the media exposing me forced me too. Yes, I was with Michael the night of the DUI, the story of the Uber and crying and me wanting to stay with him that night are true. A lot of the other things printed are lies. I am probably going to lose him because he is a brand that his team wants to protect and things since he went to rehab came to my attention that didn’t put him or our relationship in the best light. He is the first man I ever had intimacy with and felt comfortable and all woman. When he went to rehab I had to go through all this scrutiny and tabloid mess by myself. His team at Octagon abandoned me, whether he knows that or not I do not know. Other then telling people I couldn’t have kids I never felt obligated to disclose any part of my past.
The only reason this is news is because I was with Michael Phelps. I am Taylor Lianne Chandler; I have always been a female regardless of labels and personal opinions. I am not a transsexual and I have never identified with the moniker transgender, but intersex is certainly on the spectrum of gender along with them. I am telling my story to take the power away from the media and tabloids that want to hurt Michael and I.
I will probably lose him, which hurts like hell. I might lose some of you as friends and I will have to accept that. To the men in my past, what you saw, whom you loved, is who I am regardless of labels that the media tries to throw on my back. I am sorry for not trusting and loving you enough to tell you upfront myself at the time.
